HATDADDY won’t ship you a hat that we wouldn’t wear ourselves.  But let’s be honest, nobody is perfect.  We don’t fail often, but if you get a hat that isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right.  EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.  Guaranteed.

That’s what you get when you order from the other guys.  Our website coordinates with our vendors.  If they don’t have stock, our website won’t let you order it.

• All orders ship for free.
• All orders of 24+ hats have no art charges.
• Your total cost will be the total cost of your hats, plus any art charges (only for orders of less than 24) and any sales tax. We will never tack on any “surprise” fees at the last minute.

• Orders are processed and stock is ordered within 24 hours of receipt.
• Orders are completed and shipped out to you within 10-12 business days of receipt of your order.

We price our hats right and we won’t ever try to make it up with shipping charges.  Freight is included with EVERY ORDER.
